I’m so sorry. I am in tears and my heart aches for you. I don’t know what to say except I am so sorry. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. It is devestating knowing we have lost another one of our children to this horrible disease. Fly high Kyle, I know “Princess” Aaliyah is playing with you now.

I learned just this morning of Kyle’s passing on the MM forum and my heart is simply breaking for you and your family. His sweet face greeted me from the sidebar of my site as well as many others whose sites I visit and I’m just terribly sorry for your family’s loss.
Please don’t hesitate to ask for support of any kind especially from your sisters at MM. We’re all praying for you and your family.

When I read the email, this broke my heart.
Melissa, I hope you know that the time you spent with your baby while short is something you will cherish forever.
One thing we shared (beyond me trying to learning IM) is having a special needs child.

Melissa, Carol here popping over from MM. My heart and prayers go out to you and you family. Losing anyone is tough, losing a child is devastating. Like you, our family suffered the loss of an infant to a rare genetic disorder. My hope is that someday, medical science will know how to cure these disorders.

I cannot imagine the pain involved in losing a child and hope I never find out. I cannot say ‘I know how you feel’, because I do not. All I can do is say a prayer for you and your angel and wish the pain to become bearable as fast as possible. I do feel a helplessness to be able to know what to say or do to ease your plight. Just know you may feel the greatest pain, but you do not feel it alone.
